    Default Windows vista upgrade to windows 8 cannot modify registry #1

    Hello guys,

    I bought a windows8 ultimate 64-bit cd and i want to upgrade my desktop from windows vista to windows8. But during the upgrade process my system indicated me that modify the registry failed. I tried several times but i still got the same solution.

    What should i do? I don't want to waste my money for my windows8. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
