Hi guys I really need some help. Back in October I purchased an earlybird upgrade to Win8 from my new Medion PC. I paid for the deal through Paypal and it is showing on my account. In November however I had a PC crash and had to reinstall the software. Unfortunately my re install wiped my drive and deleted my Email archive that held the transaction details and the activation key for the upgrade. I am now left with the two dvd's sent by Microsoft for the 32 and 64 bit products but cannot install them or upgrade on my PC. I have tried to contact both MS customer support and Windows Store support and seem to just get the runaround. Any advice or a good place to contact would be great, otherwise I will have to purchase another copy of the software, which I feel should not be the case.
