I can't install/Update any App from store.

It giving me error: "Something happend and this app couldn't be installed- Try again" it's happening for every app under Store. I click try again, same message pops up.

How can i fix that issue?

When I screwed something up by changing some sharing settings I had something similar happen. The only way I could fix it was a complete reinstallation of Windows. Since this is the first attempt with this DVD, I would start over with a new download of the ISO file from an approved site. Slow burn a new DVD and start with a Custom Install. This should fix your problem.

I would like to suggest refreshing your PC:

1. The PC boots into Windows RE.
2. Windows RE scans the hard drive for your data, settings, and apps, and puts them aside (on the same drive).
3. Windows RE installs a fresh copy of Windows.
4. Windows RE restores the data, settings, and apps it has set aside into the newly installed copy of Windows.
5. The PC restarts into the newly installed copy of Windows.
