    Ted, thanks!

I really like option #5, because I don't have to remember to tap this or hold that to get to my desktop, where I live.
I've installed the Classic Shell, so I just turn on my PC and walk away, usually heading for the kitchen and a cup of coffee. When I get back, my desktop is sitting there waiting for me.
My W8Cleanup batch file has run, along with the extended Disk Cleanup, both run from the Startup Folder, and everything is ready for me to start work.
I've said at least a thousand times now, that if you're going to do something more than twice, then Automate it.
So my boot up and daily cleanup is totally automated. Set it and forget it!

Oh, by the way, , Julia Childs would have been 100 years old next week. "Bon Appetit!"

    Cheers Mates!

Nice, Ted! So is the optional logoff option within Classic Shell's "Classic Start Menu", & the ability to change it to a Smoke color, making the entire menu easy to read.

This is the best addon to Win 8 RP that I've had, & hope the best for future support/development for the app. I also hope that those who has benefited from the app, who can afford to do so, will donate towards future development. There is a "Help" link within the Settings>Classic Start Menu, once opened, has site links, donation is an option. Anything counts & is appreciated by the developers.

Apps such as these makes life easier for us all. While there are some who insists upon running Win 8 RP in it's native style, & that's fine with me too, some of us prefers an option, or choice. I've tried two such choices, Classic Shell & Start Menu 7, Classic Shell is the better option, for me. The other choice requires a payment for Pro feature access, of which I haven't seen.

Yes, the Best & Free ticket! No more fooling around with a list of keyboard shortcuts like a quarterback does plays (wearing them on the arm). These shortcuts are good to have, but it would take some a year to learn them all.

Classic Shell makes using Windows 8 RP (or Win 7 & Vista, as far as that goes) much easier. The really good thing about the app is that it's not a "one size fits all" one, it's customizable to the user's tastes/needs.
