Windows8 sound louder than Mac - Windows 8

Hello guys,

I bought a Mac and my brother install a windows 8 on my Mac. But the wired thing is the sound of windows8 system is louder the sound of Mac. What should i do to let the Mac's sound is as loud as windows8?
