How to disable win8 startup sound? - Windows 8

I think the startup sound of windows 8 is not very pleasant to hear, and i don't want to set a sound by my favor. I want to disable the startup sound, but i am not very familiar with the windows8, so i'd like to how to disable the startup sound in windows8?

I hope you guys indicate me how to do this. I want a detailed step! I really appreciate.

Try to set it in the Control Panel --Sound--Windows and disable it.
