Ok i have windows 8 release preview and windows rtm is out rite now. I have seen new apps like angry bird, hulu and others, but i thought the app store was open for all apps. Is there a way to get the apps with out upgrading just yet? thanks

Some need you pay for. At present, you can only download Windows 8 Metro(or Modern) app in Windows 8 App Store, no other place.
