Default Can not install program- Error 1303

    Hi all,

When I first installed Windows 8 I did not understand the bonus to using it as a Windows Live account so I set it up as a local account. Which I changed after only one week to a Windows Live account. Now even though I go into Users and it tells me I am an administrator, apparently I cannot change the options for folders to allow system to make full control changes. Switching back to a local account does not seem to help.

This problem is that I get this error1303 when I try to install a program, it tells me I do not have sufficient privileges to install the program. Now how can I fix this?

    Any ideas?

    1. Which program are you trying to install?

    2. Are you facing the issue only with a particular program?
