    Re: Case mods?

Then why does my stock AMD runs deep into the orange zone most of the time, after an hour or more of use? Due to the type of PC it is (an AIO one), one cannot add a cooler, an extra ventilation fan,...

    Re: Case mods?

badrobot. I had a similar issue with the Intel cooler that I bought for my Dell that Bass & I were discussing. The cooler is held in place by these locking hinges that wouldn't work with the Dell CPU...

    Re: Case mods?

That Dell was given to me by my mother-in-law early last year. Didn't do much with it at first, but wanted to learn how to teardown & cleanup a PC, so I got some experience. Also gained some...

    Re: Case mods?

Actually I can wait for the GPU, as long as I plan for it to go in later. Good GPU's costs money. I know there are GDDR3 models for less than $100, but GDDR5 is twice as fast.

    I have a friend who...

    Re: Case mods?

That is nice & it was good that the current PSU would work. The thing with PSU's is, getting a quality one. Many of the upper end models has a surprising number of "DOA" arrivals. That makes it hard...

Hey, where's mine at? That's a lot of booze to leave sitting.

Yes I agree, it should be enjoyable & functional.

    Re: Case mods?

Fred, when I first came here, we had to reach 50 posts before posting links, not sure if it's the same with pictures.

But the option, if available to you, should be in the "go advanced" box in...
