    Default Windows 8 doesnt respond

hi there im having a problem with windows 8.

When i turn on my computer it goes to my login screen. I log in and it starts up alright. my windows 8 screen all works (and apps). all until i go to desktop.
When i go to desktop there are no desktop icons and nothing in the task bar. i go back into windows 8 screen and now nothing works.
I cant search on windows 8 cause everything freezes
I even try to restart or reboot but the computer wont do either. the only option is to manually restart and it happens all over again.

    please help

Put in your windows 8 media install disc and do a system repair....it's the easiest/fastest way...IMO.
