    Default System 32 error

Hi, can anyone help with a problem, My friend tried to repair my computer, he installed windows 8 and, stupidly read that if you delete system 32 files it will speed computer up. My computer won't boot up and it comes up with, system32\logfiles\srt\srtrail.txt. There are no system recovery back ups, I'm awaiting a disc and going to try and sort it myself, will the windows 8 back up disc restore my system and system 32 error

    Hi Edbloomfield,

Welcome to Windows 8 Forums. You have deleted system 32? I suggest you do a clean reinstall. See this tutorial: http://www.forumswindows8.com/tutori...steps-8179.htm
