I remembered I posted this question before.
Still no answer for it yet except to see if it could be future audio driver upgrade or to wait until Win 8 RC comes out.

Yes, the Win 8 RP should be out in early June. Will require a Custom (Clean) install.

I know the full reinstall will be a bother but I'm starting to like Win 8 and I do have all my installs and backup always ready to go so it's not that big of a deal.
