After installed Windows 8, I found that Windows 8 settings are quite different from Windows 7. I don't know where to adjust Windows 8 settings to optimize. (I know Windows 7 pretty well)

So if there is any free Windows 8 optimizer? I want to take a look, to see how it optimize windows 8, then I can do it by myself
