Windows8 connect internet failed - Windows 8

Hi there,

I start my computer today and i found my my network connect became yellow with a exclamation mark. I could got online yesterday properly, and i am very sure that i didn't set anything before i shut down my computer. My computer runs windows 8 home premium 64-bit.

If you know how to solve my problem please reply my thread. Thank you in advance!!!

I had the same problem. even did a fresh install. then I discover what the problem is. windows 8 wouldn't wake the network adaptor from the shutdown.

you have to actually turn the computer off from the power supply and turn it back on.

that seems to work. it takes longer to boot up. " i think that is because it is recognizing and setting up the on board devices from the mother board again.

try that. it worked for me.
