Windows firewall and VPN in Windows 8 - Windows 8

Hey everybody,

can anyone help in my VPN and windows firewall? i'm so frustrated because this problem has been on the computer for about one week now.

My VPN connection is only working when my firewall for Home and Private Network is turned OFF!

I've never experienced this issue in windows 7 and do not know how to do it. i have also checked the firewall rules and i am sure there are no rule that's blocking the VPN dialer.

any other suggestions?

maybe your firewall and private network forbid VPN.

I suggest you to keep your firewall disabled. Because firewall is useless for home computers. And private network, who knows if it is useful or useless.

Is this an incoming VPN connection? Or an outgoing?

You can go to the internet to set your VPN connections!
