Hello I am looking for a driver for a usb wireless adapter it is a linksys WUSB54GSC. I used the cd that came with the device but windows 8 keeps crashing whenever I try to connect to my wireless network.

I assume the default drivers loaded by Win 8 CP did not work. To get rid of the crashing, I would go to Device Manager and delete the driver loaded from the CD. When you reboot Win 8 CP will install the default driver.

The newest driver listed on the Linksys site is for XP. This is a pretty old adapter. You might be out of luck. You can try that driver and see what happens.
