Re: Crazy network problem
Have you tried the wireless connection? I do not believe you state whether this is a Desktop or Laptop PC. Most laptops have wireless capabilities. Desktops would need a wireless adapter.

Re: Crazy network problem
Swithcing to wireless, unplugin and plugin back the cable doesnt do antyhing, switching to wireless while unplugged either

Re: Crazy network problem
This is a very strange problem. Sorry I am out of suggestions.
Some of these really strange problems have been fixed with a Clean Reinstall of the OS.

Re: Crazy network problem
googling Tunnel adapter Reusable ISATAP Interface brings up people with the same problem, but i can't seem to find a solution in these threads

Re: Crazy network problem
This may be a long shot in the dark, but are you running any 3rd party firewall on Windows 8 RP? The reason that I ask, is that some of these firewalls doesn't yet play well with Win 8 CP or RP. And some have been known to cause loss of internet connection, as well as other issues.
Just making sure that this isn't the issue.

Re: Crazy network problem
Just to rule things out, I would disable Nod32. This will allow WD to re-enable. Are you sure that Windows Firewall is off? This seems to be a fine firewall and is enabled by default.
