I am running Windows 8. But I have a problem. Wins8 cannot play movie. I can hear the sound, but the screen has nothing, no images.

Please help me solve the problem as soon as possible , thank you !

The Media Center upgrade may be needed. For win8 pro I believe they are still handing out free keys good I think for 90 days from the 10/26 release date. see Get the Windows 8 Media Center Pack for free - but be prepared to wait | TechRepublic

Hi smith, what player you are using? I suggest trying installing another player.
