Recently, I have updated the operating system of my laptop to Windows 8 home premium. After the updating, I used the antivirus software to protect my computer. All things are OK. But when I tried to connect the MP3 player with it to listen to my favorite songs, I found that some of the songs can not be played, while several days ago, they cooperated with each other rather well. And the antivirus software detected no virus. And then I pluged out the player and tried to play it. It worked well, while when I played certain songs, the player crashed suddenly. It struck me a lot!

What shall I do?
