Word Problems in Windows 8 - Windows 8

Hello, guys,
I have no idea whether you have met the problem I encounted last night or not. Word workes abnormally, that is, when I click to open my Word to begin my work, suddenly a dialog shows up a dialog with two buttons: Send Error Report, and Not Send. And I could not open my document unless I click "Not Send". I do not know why. I did not meet this kind of problem before, and these days I am using windows 8! I guess, perhaps, the new system win8 caused this trouble.
Can you give me a hand to solve it?

Do not worry about it.

Just close the word application in Windows 8. First, copy: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates in to the address in the Computer, and then delete the module of the word.
