Hello guys,

Last week I have installed the latest codec pack form Klite on my windows 8 and it worked very well of the first time. But after restarting the pc, the windows media player do not work any more and the system was no responding when choose to play the video file.

Have asked many codec user, found that most of them did not experienced the same, so i still do not find out the solutions for this case.

Hope you guys can help to disolve this windows 8 issue. many thanks in advance.

Have you tried updating graphic drivers? That's the most probable explanation.
If you post your system specs, I might be able to find the drivers for you.
