This has been discussed many times in this forum. Starting with Win 8 RP MS is enforcing a more strict security with CPU's. Read one article here. You can try the fixes discussed.
People, read the previous threads. You might actually learn something.

First Check that your PC meets the system requirements for Windows 8
* Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster
* RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
* Hard disk space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
*Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver

And make sure that your CPU has NX (or XD) enabled. Without this security feature, Win 8 RP won't install, though CP did.
It's a feature that's been around for some time, though MS is now just enforcing it. On some models, a BIOS update "May" help, but for the inexperienced, get a professional opinion on this, don't chance having an expensive paperweight. Most Intel CPU's can be searched to see if the feature is available.
