Does anyone experienced "black death" installation with windows 8?

I am keeps getting the black death screen after installing windows 8 beta 64 bit. For the first, it boot up with black screen and a white pointer, hangs and rebooting...

of course, i am using the legal version windows 8. any help in this windows 8 issue?
