Hi,
When I boot from the DVD I made from the ISO image, the video on the screen is pixelated and becomes obscured as I am installing Win 8. Any work around to this? Thanks!

Try a new download from an approved site. Then burn the ISO file to a new DVD using a slow burn and try again. I have never heard of this problem while using the method outlined here.
I have tired to re-install windows 8, same issue. I doubt its graphic card issue. Looking for a fix via google.
Did you actually download the ISO again and burn a new DVD to reinstall?
Without having all the spec's on your PC, it's impossible to offer any educated guess as to the cause of your problem.
If the PC is too old, Win-8 would not contain any compatible video drivers.
I've already experienced that, when I attempted to load Win-8 on a 12 year old PC.
What OS was on the PC before you tried to install Win-8 on it? Did you wipe the drive before trying the install?
(whatever it was, I hope you backed it up, because it looks like maybe you'll have to go back to it)
For safety, I always WIPE a drive before I load a new OS on it. It's just a matter of being SAFE and not SORRY.
Good Luck to you!

Backup! Backup! Backup! Ghost rocks!
That's what I think also (older video card). Even if the CPU supports NX (or XD), some video cards just won't work with 8 RP.
Autu, would you please return & post your computer specs? This information is vital for us to better serve you. Like TM brought up, I hope that you did make a backup of what was on the computer, or have recovery/reinstall media. Never attempt to install a beta (or even a new) OS w/o first imaging what you have.
