Hi All,

I am trying to uninstall MicroStrategy on Windows server 2008 R2.

But while I am uninstalling it, I am getting an error "Error Number : 0x80040707 , Desc: DLL Function call crashed: MASetupIis7.GETVDPathW, Setup will now terminate ". If I click "ok" on this dialog, uninstallation window get closed.

Can anyone help me?

Even though this is not a Win 8 CP question we will attempt to provide an answer. Have you tried an uninstaller app such as Revo Uninstaller?

It sounds like the uninstaller path may be corrupted. You might have to reinstall the app first in order to uninstall it properly. Reinstalling it might fix the uninstaller path so that the uninstaller can work.
