My father's DELL installed windows 8 home premium 64-bit, and after he instslled it his copmuter runs very well and the screen is beautiful. The only fly in the ointment is the cpu cooling fan is really annoying. I already followed the indication in the internet to update my BIOS, but it didn't fix the problem. Plus, my father don't want to reinstall windows 7 back...

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
