My mouse pointer was disappear, How to show this pointer? - Windows 8

I use my destop and install Windows8. During install it had a mouse pointer. But when I finished install windows it have setting and I skip that. When Windows started, the pointer is disappear. Please help how to can setting this mouse pointer because I didnt have touch-screen. Thank you.

Maybe you are on the metro desktop, you can switch it to the normal desktop.

Simply restart your computer.

Or try to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to call the task bar, see if your mouse pointer appears. If yes, then close some processes which may cause that problem. If not, the final way is to restart the computer

I have a similar problem. I was trying out the new Pinball-game, witch came with the Consumer Preview, and during that my mouse pointer just simply disappeared (although I do doubt if this problem has anything to do with the game, I don't quite think so).

I have tried to restart the computer twice or so, no effect what so ever. I have tried two different mouses, the both turn on but it seems like Windows won't recognize mouses (it recognizes them just as some generic usb devices) or it doesn't have any drivers for them. This is very weird, because during and after the installation the mouse did work perfectly. What on earth could be my problem?

Restart your computer will help you somehow or opening a DOS prompt session will maximize it to full screen and then returning to graphical mode will make the pointer reappear. Open a DOS box and press {Alt}+{Enter} to maximize the DOS box, then press the same combination again and the pointer may reappear.
