You should be able to look in Device Manager. Win + X, Device Manager, Display Adapter. This should tell you what graphics card you have.
I also use an app called Speccy to get many different system specs for my PC.
It's hard to help Anyone, who won't do the very basic thing asked on every forum, "Tell us all about your PC".
If you don't want to tell us, we really can't help you. But put that make and model into a Google Search and find it on the internet, where you can search anonymously.
The company that built that laptop, will be able to tell you what video chip set they put in there.
Whatever it is, it's built into the motherboard and it's not a "Card" as you might have in a desktop PC.
Also, it cannot be upgraded. It is what it is and that's it.
Good Luck!
