Default video card drive in windows 8 #1

    Hi there,

My video card is 9800GT, and with a drive for lagniappe. Normally after i installed drive the system will indicates me that i need restart my comouter, and it goed very well after restart. But i reinstalled my windows 8 home basic, and this time the system don't indicate me to restart. I found it was nothing different with my original video card.

Is there anything wrong with my video card? I am confused...
