How to check the information of graphic cards? - Windows 8

I received a birthday present of a new laptop, and i want to know some information of my graphic card. My system is Windows 8, and i am not very familiar with that, so if you know where to find graphic cards information, please tell me.

I know that some software online can help you know all the information of your computer. Some software can detect the computer comprehensively. You may search it on online. AS i'm a computer newbie, please forgive me.
