can't make my graphic card work correctly..... - Windows 8

hello every one....
i've a labtop (dell inspiron n4050)
graphic card (intel) it's 800mb up to 1gb.
the problem is :
only 64mb of my graphic card is working
i don't know what to do!!!!!
i tried to register it but i can't find the right registry ....
please help

Intel Graphic Integrated cards share physical RAM dynamically, so I don't think it's an Issue in windows 8 CP.

That means the windows 8 has recognized your graphic card but not fully.

It should not be the problem of the system, and you have to upgrade the driver
