Abnormal Displaying in Windows 8 - Windows 8

Hey guys,

My computer is running with windows 8 operating system. It is always doing good jobs. But this morning, there was a power failure during the starting up. Then I rebooted it. But the images displayed were abnormal. The desktop icons and characters were larger than usual and there was shadow. There were no images in the video files. And the picture of the desktop was like the photographic plate. Is this the problem of the graphic card or its drive?

Pls give me a hand.

Right click on the blank area of the desktop and then choose Arrange icons--uncheck "lock web to desktop". Or

Right click Computer--properties-advanced-performance(setting)--visual effect. Then check no shadow for desktop icons.
