hi, guys

let's directly to the point. I tried to reformat my hard drive to reinstall windows 8. i formatted the disk-c to re-install windows and it wouldn't let me do that. then I went into dos under diskpart to try and format it that way, still no luck. now i can do nothing about my pc and the only thing i want to do now is to re-format the drive to like factory default.
does anyone know a way around this problem? maybe you've experienced the same or close to?

commonly, you don't need any other tool to format the system drive.

Insert your Windows 8 installation disc into DVD drive, there is an option for you to format the system drive. That's pretty easy.

Perhaps your dos not support the possible NTFS format. Usually you have to format the system disc in pure DOS. So Before your formation, psl check it with dir command.

You just need to insert your Windows 8 cd in the driver and there is an option for you to format the disc. But before the formation, you have to backup your important files.
