Windows 8 contains an inbuilt PDF Reader, is that true?

As Windows 8 build 7850 has been leaked recently but the PDF reader was locked in this build as many windows 8 rumors leaked. My problem is how to unlock PDF Reader in Windows 8 build 7850.

I certainly hope that Microsoft eventually include a built-in PDF reader for Windows. It seems kind of stupid not to, given the huge number of PDF files that we interact with in our lives these days. Of course, the software Foxit Reader 3.1.4 is not a bad alternative.
