Hi rakraul,
I recommend you try some free partition manager, like Aomei Partition Assistant Home, you can click this forum to know more:AOMEI Partition Software
Or PartitionMagic.
I must say, the OS should not have been put on that drive in the 1st place... 20Gb is too small. A drive should have @ least 15% free space. Anyway, you'll it reconfigured.
Cheers,
Drew

Partition Magic has not been relevant or even operational for a very long time.
Symantec stopped updating it many years ago.
It definitely will not work with the new MBR of Vista +
I used that years ago, but today I use Easeus Partition Master 9.1.1 (Professional)
I got it free on a special offer. There are other Partition Managers that work about the same way.
But remember, to increase the size of one partition, you must first DE-crease the size of another partition, to create some FREE Space. Then add the Free Space to your C partition.
When done properly, it all works out fine.
Doing the whole thing from a Bootable CD, is my own preferred way of working with my hard drive.
Most good Partition Managers, will make that Bootable CD for you....if you let it.
Good Luck!
