Hey guys,

My Toshiba computer has always been working smoothly with Windows 8 beta Operating system. but recently, I meet a boring trouble. The computer becomes slow suddenly. The local connection icon on the desktop will not apprea until five minutes after booting the computer. And I can not conduct any operation until the icon appears. And the computer seems to be in the halted state before the icon comes up.

So could you tell me how can I avoid this problem? Five minutes is a rather long period!
