My computer is running with Windows 8 operating now. Now there is a question I have to ask for your help. It is about the elevation of privilege for the new net user. Pls show me the detailed steps.

1. Click on Windows 8 Start button.
2. Click on Run.
3. Type in “Cmd” (without quotes) in the Open textbox.
4. You should see “This task will be created with administrative privileges”.
5. Click on OK or press Enter.
