    Default Casually sharing

This is absolutely just for the hell of it. Not to have anyone tell what is wrong (or right), not something to judge & no strings attached... none of do it this way... merely casually sharing. Just sharing NOT, telling anyone what to do! Ok, now, that said...

I like things very handy & efficient, organised, centralized, as tidy & direct. Maybe, there's far better ways, lord knows there are a million ways. Could never do this / have this w/ the default Build 9926 Start menu... I admit to using, preferring the pre-9926 Start menu.

Anyway, w/ the Applications window, nice, instead of > Start & scrolling a list.
The rarely used/needed/opened Start menu nice & small
The big caveat being the Jumplist - Rt Clk Applications Folder icon <--- suggest there is value there, neat hub.

Oh, the lower row of icons is Links/Favorites Bar.

I see a lot of screen shots, with different peoples idea of what looks good to them.
Some leave me scratching my head and saying to myself, "ya gotta be kidding me!".
And some are just pure 'bedlam'. How can anyone find anything on those screens?

I have one friend who doesn't want anything on his desktop? WTF?
How functional is a blank screen?

I take the term 'Desktop' seriously. Just like a real Desk Top, I want the tools I use every day, my phone, my stapler, scotch tape, paper clips and In-Box within arm's reach.

Similarly, I want my computer Desktop equally functional.
Drew, you did bring up the subject, so expect other opinions as well. Eh?

    Cheers Mate

I only have a couple seconds, right now. Just to clarify... I may have items on the Desktop, it's just that any Desktop icons have been told not to show (there). Desktop has been pinned to Quick Access & is one of the things on the Jumplist (shown). Clean & tidy w/ nothing sitting on top of whatever wallpaper.

    Cheers,
    Drew
