Hey, guys,
My laptop has been running with windows 8 64 bit operating system for several months. All are going quite well. But last weekend, one of my friends borrowed my computer and she installed it with some player which I do not like to use. So I tried to unindtall it yesterday, I tried to delete it in the control panel. But I can't find it, and it appears in "Start". Whenever I want to play video, it becomes the default player. I do not know why, I can not delete it any more.
So, could you do me a favor?
Many thanks!

Try to get some uninstallers to help you to uninstall that software. If you can't find it as well. then just reinstall your favorite player, and set it as default.

If you can't delete a file (or the folder that contains it) if the file is currently open in a program. Make sure that the file isn't open in any program, and then try to delete the file or folder again.
