hi everyone,
I am planning to backup my pc but a corrupted file has just hindered me to doing that. The error message 0x80070570 appears if I try to delete it or move it. I have also tried to delete it in the safe mode but with no luck.
I know you guys may have experienced the same in windows 8, so i come here for some help.
any hints or suggestions in this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Try running chkdsk when booting your computer;
Or try to delete the corrupted files under Safe Mode.03-08-2011

Hi sunyekerry,
Try deleting them while in Safe Mode. If unsuccessful, post the exact error message you see.03-09-2011
