My computer is SONY CS19. It has been working well with Windows 8 operating system since its installation on it. But last evening, there was a problem that struck me a lot! When I use the video chatting with my friends, I got a black screen and it indicated me that the bluetooth video service is out of service. In addition, I have downloaded the bluetooth driver. And it seems to be no use.

It is occasional? Run your antivirus and then check the driver for your bluetooth. The problem may be caused by it.
