Windows 8.1 Build 9374 newly leaked

After two leaks of Windows 8.1 build, another version of Windows 8.1 build has been leaked on the internet,Windows 8.1 Build 9374 today.
Build 9374 doesn't appear to include many major changes, but one new addition that Microsoft is working on is a Kiosk Mode feature. Available in the PC settings menu, Kiosk Mode appears to be a way to lock down a device to a single Windows 8-style application. Apps can be selected to launch at login, with the app lockdown in place for user accounts. However, Windows 8.1 Build 9374 is still far from the final version.
Microsoft’s Windows Blue Gets A Video Demo

Tom Warren over at the Verge has had a chance to go hands-on with an early version of Windows blue. According to the video, the key features appear to be smaller Live Tiles, like those introduced with Windows Phone 8, as well new UI features and more built-in apps. Microsoft is said to be adopting a strategy of more frequent, smaller updates to Windows instead of waiting years between more dramatic changes.

The new Windows Blue will offer improvements to popular features like Snap View, which can now snap apps side-by-side sharing an even portion of the screen, including up to four apps total on high resolution displays. More things are now viewable in the standard Windows 8 interface (formerly known as Metro), instead of hidden within the desktop view,

Microsoft is working on Windows Blue, the new operating system also, it is said Windows Blue is an update to Windows 8, rather than a brand new operating system. But now reports are circulating that the one big thing Windows 8 would do is allow Microsoft and its partners to build smaller, cheaper tablets, in the 7-10-inch range.

So says Ben Bajarin, analyst of consumer technologies for Valley consulting firm Creative Strategies, in a column published by TabTimes.

He writes:
"Microsoft has been glaringly absent from the tablet discussion in the white hot 7-8” form factor. My firm estimates that in 2013, sub 10-inch tablets will dominate tablet sales and represent more than
