Desperate attempt to know if anyone's found drivers for ASIX AX88178 USB 2.0 to Ethernet Adapter? I own an ASUS Eee SLATE EP121 which does not have an integrated Ethernet port. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Windows 8 have some issues with installation of the old drivers first download the driver for your USB adapter in this page, them go this forum and follow the process.

This was a 6 to 7 month old post before Win 8 RP or even Win 8 CP were released. I suspect the newer beta fixed this problem.
