here i need your urgent help because my netbok has encopuntered some problems with the backup and restore function.

If I want to create a new backup and use one of the options in the backup and restore center, I get to this folder: C:\Windows\system32

does anyone know what could be causing this? many thanks in advance.

BTW, i am using windows 8 64 bit.
