I am using 64 bit windows 8 Pro and i've been loving how sleek and quick it has been. But now i just want to change what I'm running from RC on virtualbox to the regular version without re-installing.

can anyone help me in this win 8 case?

Seems that you have to reinstall Windows 8. Windows 8 RC is a test version, and it can't be upgraded to Windows 8.
