Anyone knows how can I change the background color in windows 8 Release Preview?

I'd like to change the default window background color from white to another color to be able to find CSS style or Windows Forms flaws in my programs.

Go to Charms Bar, Settings, Change PC Settings, Personalize tab.

I guess you should reinstall Win 8, or wait a few days and buy Win 8 Pro when it's released.
