Sorry HongMay, my bad..It doesn't allow me to post links here. So..........
I'll do it this was: People go to the Windows 8 club at "the windows club dot com"
add behind that list-freeware-releases-from-the-windows-club from there just go to the downloads areas.

Are you talking about Ultimate Windows Tweaker. It does seem to work in Win 8 CP as well as it does in Win 7.
