When I'm using my computer, the browser(Internet Explorer 10) always crashes when I try to initiate a download. Large programs like Itunes crash instantly as well. I can't even get internet explorer to come up anymore. I've run the antivirus program but found nothing. Can you help me in this windows 8? thanks a lot.

Get rid of IE 10 and revert to using IE9. IE 10 is unstable, doesn't work, has way too many issues AS Windows 8 is a BETA OS.

IE 10 is the only IE version that can be installed on Win 8 CP. It will not allow IE 9 to be installed.

I have no problems at all with IE 10. Works wonderfully.

On June 1st the next beta, Win 8 RP, will be released and will require a clean install. I suspect a clean install will fix your problem.
