hi, everyone
coming here for some help because you guys have fixed all my problems in the past. this time my headache is about my pc BSOD. I have been getting BSOD when I have been doing some cpu intensive task. For example today I just had it BSOD twice on me when I was compressing a large file with winrar. by the way, my pc is running with windows 8 64bit.
does anyone know a way around this problem? maybe you've experienced the same or close to?
many thanks in advance.

You may try performing a hardware cleanboot and check if the issue is caused due to any of the hardware connected to the computer.
For doing hardware cleanboot do the following steps:
1. Unplug all the external Devices.
2. Start the System in Safe mode.
3. Go to Device manger
if you are able to boot in normal mode after doing this, try to enable Video Cards, sound card and network card to see which one is the real culprit.
most importnat thing is to update your drivers to the latest from its official web site.05-10-2011
