You MUST tell us all about your computer, your OS and whether it's an Upgrade or Clean install.

Without GOOD information, we can tell you Nothing!

Well, that's certainly a LOT of info.

Is the BSOD a one time thing, or does it do it repeatedly?
What are you doing when it happens?

Have you done any hardware of software additions that might have caused this?
(that's usually a contributing factor..... something has changed)

Well, there is a lot said about that program on the internet.
One even suggested to use "Clean Up My PC"..... yikes! That's one of the biggest SCAMS on the internet.

Then Several sites say that the tool is to collect information about what could be causing a BSOD.

And just who is supposed to analyze that info to pinpoint the problem. Definitely NOT the average user.

99.44% of these "we're going to fix your world" programs are pure Garbage and some may be the worse kind of SCAM, Trojan or Spyware.

I regularly take that kind of Garbage off of peoples PC, then tune it up for Max Efficiency and wind up with a PC that runs better than it did when it was brand new.

    Good Luck and Happy 2014!
